Making the complex pension reform easy
The Pension Reform is going live now and will bring significant changes to the pension system. The hospitality workforce will be particularly affected given its highly flexible and seasonal nature.
Fourth’s new Auto-Enrolment module is designed as a fully integrated part of our Labour solution in the same way as the Payroll module already is. It fully streamlines and automates the checks and extensive calculations required each pay period, resulting in quick, accurate numbers, eliminating any errors from data duplication and minimising the administrative burden for customers by managing the communication requirements.
Developed following extensive research and working collaboratively with NEST, L&G, the Pension Regulator and a working group of customers, Fourth is the only payroll provider to the hospitality sector developing a specific module to cope with these new requirements, and is a natural extension to Fourth’s end-to-end solution. Fourth has been awarded two of the most prestigious awards in the UK payroll sector at the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals’ annual awards ceremony.
