HotSchedules Gets a New Look

Continues Focus on Hospitality and Retail Success
HotSchedules was created in 1999 to solve one of the hospitality industry’s most complex problems: keeping teams connected. When pen and paper, voicemails, even spreadsheets failed to scale, HotSchedules expanded that vision to include a complete labor management tool to help operations leaders control their labor costs, manage compliance and build great teams.

Through many years of exciting growth we have continued the mission of creating solutions that address the industry’s most complex challenges around inventory, task management, analytics and HR & payroll services.

Representing 40 years in hospitality, serving over 7000 customers and 120,000 locations, together Fourth and HotSchedules are proud to announce our combined global brand: Fourth Enterprises. With this change, we represent a global portfolio of customer-focused solutions and services that will continue to proudly serve the hospitality teams, as well as the retail industry, globally.

“After over two decades of enhancing and evolving labor management in the hospitality space, we are proud to announce our official entrance into the retail sector,” said Clinton Anderson, CEO of Fourth. “This expansion marks a significant milestone for our company as we continue to grow strategically. Having worked with several notable companies in the retail industry, we’ve gleaned vital insights and recognized the growing need to provide retailers the same seamless experience our hospitality clients know and trust and will do our part to position them for success.”

Service-minded retail brands like Natural Grocers, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Great Harvest Bread Company have leveraged our workforce management solutions for years, proving retail to be a natural extension to our hospitality roots. We look forward to continuing to expand Fourth’s workforce management platform, HR and payroll services to the retail industry as they face similar work/life balance and labor management challenges. With our technology streamlining many cumbersome operations for managers and employees alike, retailers will be better positioned to serve shoppers for a heightened guest experience, while also maximizing productivity and driving revenue.

What you can expect from us in the months and years to come:

  • Forever honoring the HotSchedules name as our flagship workforce management solution in the United States
  • Simplified processes to reach our teams, globally
  • A continued focus on hospitality and retail success

We are dedicated to empowering our customers to win with talent, operate effortlessly, and deliver on their brand promise. An instrumental part of that mission is meeting our customers where they are, as they challenge operational norms in an ever-evolving climate.
