PeopleMatter Q1 2022 Update

We’re really excited about 2022 and the investments we’re making in PeopleMatter – the market-leading Applicant Tracking & Onboarding System for hourly hiring that enables employers to target the best talent, save managers’ time, and make employee onboarding even faster and easier.

Our primary focus in 2022 is two-fold:

  1. Reduce the friction in recruiting and onboarding by making the experience for candidates and managers easier and faster.
  2. Integrating PeopleMatter into the Fourth end-to-end workforce management platform, giving customers a single point of entry with all the integrated workforce management solutions Fourth provides.

Here are some of the new PeopleMatter features we are working on for the first half of 2022:

  • Two-Way Texting
  • Snagajob Easy Apply
  • Conversational Ai
  • Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Analytics

Additionally, we are doubling down on our redesign efforts and overhauling reporting.  For more detailed information on these features, check out the recent webinar Kristina Gansser (Fourth VP of Product) and Clinton Anderson (Fourth CEO) held where they talked about the exciting 2022 roadmap!

Over the next few months, we will be sending communications around our redesigned customer experience and some back-office changes we are planning for late spring.  For now, there are no actions that are needed on your side.

We thank you for your partnership.

Kind Regards,

The PeopleMatter Team
