You will be a highly confident and motivated individual with prior experience in a Payroll Implementation, Consultancy or Training role, ideally using Fourth Solutions. This individual will work with our Sales, Project Management and Customer Success teams in every stage of the customer life cycle to provide payroll Solution and Industry based knowledge and expertise.
You will work closely with Fourth’s prospects and customers, understanding their business and configuring our HR & Payroll Solution to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for their business.  You will develop a deep understanding of the Fourth Workforce Management solution and the ability to consult on HR & Payroll best practice. You will build great relationships with our teams and customers and act as an ambassador for the company and our products.
Payroll Solution Consultant Core Accountabilities
• Provide support to the Sales teams, sharing solution knowledge, expertise and best practice to enhance the success and delivery of key sales opportunities.
• Implementing our payroll & pensions module into new customer’s businesses, ensuring we have the correct data provided by the customer and configuring the modules to meet the customers’ payroll requirements.
• Maximising user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers; expanding user adoption of Fourth Solutions through projects and customer health checks.
• Utilise solution knowledge and expertise to support the creation of content for Fourth’s Digital Learning Platforms as well as delivering key training sessions on Fourth Solutions.
• Develop good working relationships with our payroll bureau and new business team to facilitate the smooth on boarding of new payroll customers.

• Experience consulting with payroll Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
• Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and document agreed configuration.
• Ensure the customer understands the impact of configuration decisions and provides the necessary supporting documentation and data on agreed timelines.
• Consulting and guiding our customers, including on what works well for other users across the industry.
• Provide customer training on their chosen payroll processing method.
• Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance Solution Consulting Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Remain current on all new Fourth product offerings and systematic or technical upgrades
• Partners with the Sales, Project Management team, Customer Success team and technical specialists at each phase of the customer journey to provide product-level expertise, ensuring that any potential challenges are addressed.
Skills and Experience
• Experience consulting with Customers on Payroll implementation and solving any problems faced.
• Knowledge and expertise on Payroll and benefits legislation and processes.
• Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.
• Presentation, solution demonstration, training and meeting facilitation skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Microsoft office skills.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Focused, with a high attention to detail and able to deliver to agreed timelines.
• You are analytical, logical and organized; Friendly, polite, professional and flexible
• You must be comfortable working in a team environment yet confident enough to achieve your results in an independent manner.
