Solution Consulting Team Core Accountabilities
• Provide support to the Sales teams, sharing solution knowledge, expertise and best practice to enhance the success and delivery of key sales opportunities.
• Delivery of the required Fourth solution as part of the implementation process configuring Fourth Solutions to meet Customer requirements to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer creating value and maximising growth opportunities.
• Maximising user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers; expanding user adoption of Fourth Solutions through projects and customer health checks.
• Utilise solution knowledge and expertise to support the creation of content for Fourth’s Digital Learning Platforms as well as delivering key training sessions on Fourth Solutions.

Addresses challenges through creative technical solutions through the ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge
• Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance Solution Consulting Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is desirable and best practices for operational processes incorporating Fourth’s Solutions
• Responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise within the business, interfacing with all departments to support them as a senior industry figure and solution expert.
• Partners with the Sales, Project Management team, Customer Success team and technical specialists at each phase of the customer journey to provide product-level expertise, ensuring that any potential challenges are addressed.
• Assist in production of solution articles for the customer community

• Experience consulting with Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
• Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.

• Presentation, solution demonstration, training and meeting facilitation skills.
