What is the Fourth Customer Community?

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it? 

Go to the Fourth Customer Community login page and select the ‘Forgot Your Password’ option. Follow the quick steps and you’ll receive a ‘Reset your password’ email.

My role has changed, but I’m still with the same company, can I continue to use the Fourth Customer Community?

Yes. Even if your role has changed within the business you can continue to use the Fourth Customer Community and your access credentials will remain unchanged. However, contact your Customer Success Manager to find out if your permissions need editing.

Can I access the Fourth Customer Community on my mobile phone/tablet/home computer?

Yes. The Fourth Customer Community is multi-browser supported (with the exception of the Blackberry and Microsoft Windows operating systems).

Can I access the Fourth Customer Community when I’m traveling?          

Yes! The great thing about the Fourth Customer Community is that you can access it anywhere and anytime, all you need is access to the Internet. 

Can I use my personal email address to sign up to the Fourth Customer Community?

Yes. Just make sure to fill in your company details too so we know who you are and can give you the help you need!

Can my colleagues and industry peers access the Fourth Customer Community too?

Yes. Membership to the Fourth Customer Community is open to your colleagues and industry peers as long as they work for a Fourth customer.

If I have a query about the Fourth Customer Community that hasn’t been answered, who can I ask?
