Fourth named one of the Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For

Fourth, the hospitality operations platform, has been named as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, for the second year in a row.

For 17 years, The Sunday Times Top 100 has ranked and surveyed the UK’s best employers across all industry sectors. The list, produced from detailed and objective data-gathering, analysis and employee surveys, measures how people feel their employers are doing against eight key engagement areas.

Fourth was ranked at no 70, up from no 99 in 2017, its debut year.

Fourth CEO Ben Hood: “We are so proud not just to make it into the Top 100 for the second year in a row, but also to have leapt up 29 places in 12 months.

“We have 600+ people working across all areas of Fourth - in the US, the UK and the Middle East. Providing and investing in a work environment that is values-driven and, crucially, focussed on the aspirations of the individual as well as the business is really important to us.

“The fact that 85% of our people said they feel they can make a valuable contribution to Fourth’s success and the same percentage believe their job is good for their personal growth is fantastic – and we will work hard to get this figure up still further.”
