Fourth Appoints Strategic HR Partner
LONDON, 22nd January 2019 – Fourth, the UK’s leading hospitality operations platform, has named Karen Davies as its Strategic HR Partner.
International Consultant HR Director and founder of HR consultancy, The People Factor, Davies brings with her a wealth of hospitality sector insight and experience. Davies’ role at Fourth will be peer-to-peer, working closely with HR Directors across Fourth’s customers to help them maximise the efficiencies their technology provides.
Hailing from a hospitality HR background, Davies’ experience lies in guiding organisations and shaping growth through best-practice HR. It includes eight years at Novus Leisure, and three years at Beds and Bars Group, where she worked as a Non-Executive HR director before moving into the HR Director role, alongside stints at Scottish & Newcastle, and Spirit Group.
Davies founded The People Factor in 2015, specialising in helping operators navigate challenging situations and working with operators like Casual Dining Group, Burger King UK and Wagamama.
