Consumers are increasingly looking for nutritional and allergen information to be available when they eat out, whether on a menu, website, app or other source.
We’re already working within allergen labelling laws, and the Government’s new obesity strategy indicates mandatory calorie counts are on the horizon, but with this comes an opportunity to improve the way we communicate this valuable information to customers, and increase appeal to a large and growing group of health conscious customers.
