It flags trends for further investigation and also provides fact-based confirmation of what we originally suspected. Where necessary, we can then drill into our Fourth solution to a fine level of detail to enable us to take positive action. An example of this positive action was increasing our level of part-time and flexible labour after Fourth Analytics helped quantify an imbalance in our staffing profile. Now we have a greater percentage of employees on part time and flexible contracts, with the obvious effects on the bottom line.
