Implementation ConsultantTampa, USA
We are looking for a highly confident and motivated individual with prior experience in the hospitality industry, ideally using Fourth Solutions. This individual will work with our Customers and Project Managers to implement Fourth’s solution quickly, safely and effectively.

You will work closely with Customers within the hospitality sector understanding their business and configuring our Solutions to meet their requirements to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer creating value and maximizing growth opportunities. You will build great relationships and act as an ambassador for the company and our products.

The key responsibility of the Implementation Consultant is the delivery of the required Fourth solution to the satisfaction of our customers. This will mean developing a deep understanding of the Fourth solutions and the ability to transform our Customers’ requirements as well as consulting on best practice.

Sales

Sales Development Representative Tampa, USA
Fourth is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with B2B demand and lead development experience to join its Sales & Marketing department; the position will be located at Fourth’s Tampa office. The ideal candidate will be a team player, effective communicator, passionate about Selling and relationship building and keen on developing a career in Sales.  
 
The candidate must demonstrate strong track record of driving demand and delivering high quality leads to Sales Managers. This role will be an ideal next step for a business development representative (BDR) with more than two years of experience who consistently hit targets and possess solid skills in cold calling, email campaigning and social selling. If you are a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on hitting your number this role is for you.
 
This SDR position will report to the Marketing VP and will actively work with Sales Managers to drive growth in the USA Hotel and Restaurants sectors, however the focus will be on the USA Restaurant business segment with a sales mentored career path into field sales.      

Technology

Desktop EngineerTampa, USA
We are looking for a Desktop Engineer, to join our Tampa based team, who will be responsible for a Windows environment along with Office 365. As you will be the sole engineer in the US, you will be the main point of contact for desktop related issues for both local and remote based users in the US – however you will have the full support of a wider team who are based in the UK and Sofia.
 
You will also be contributing to the integration of Fourth corporate technology for new offices after a recent acquisition, this will be managed by a UK based team. You will need an element of networking and server knowledge to help co-ordinate migration activities locally. You will also be required to travel to different sites (internationally) as well as contribute to an out of hours support rota.
 
There will be a full hardware refresh, this is bring the recent acquisitions computers in line with the Fourth standard image and security requirements.

Professional Services

Project ManagerTampa, USA
We are looking for a highly confident and motivated individual with a proven track-record of running large projects. This individual will be responsible for running local or global implementations of Fourth’s solutions; from inception to completion, ensuring delivery meets contract specifications and timelines.

You will work closely with customers within the hospitality sector understanding their business and build great relationships acting as an ambassador for the company and our products.

The key responsibility of the Project Manager is delivery of the required project elements, within the specified timeframe, cost and to the required quality level. Ensuring that the project delivers the benefits presented in the Business case is also the responsibility of the Project Manager.

The Project Manager does not have formal reporting line responsibilities, but instead operates within a matrix management structure. Resources are assigned to the project from various operational teams as required to form the project team. The Project Manager manages and mentors the team within the project context.
