How to ease compliance with food labeling regulations

While the deadline for compliance may have seemingly been delayed once again, restaurants and similar retail food establishments will still need to prepare themselves to comply with the new Food Labeling Regulations (FDA) 2018 (Section 4205 of the Affordable Care Act).

The legislation applies to restaurants and similar retail food establishments (e.g. sit-down coffee shops or bakeries) with 20 or more locations, and is expected to affect 278,000 restaurant locations across the US.

In this webcast, Angela Hart and Rene Yard from Fourth looked at:

  • What the new regulations mean for restaurants and similar establishments
  • How the right technology can help you easily comply with the regulations.
  • How the same technology can also help you drive profits and efficiencies in your business.
