Dear Valued Customer,
I’m excited to bring you news of the latest step forward in the merger between HotSchedules and Fourth. Our teams have been working on a very rapid timeline to get our brand questions settled so we can fully focus on delivering great solutions to you.
To that end, we have determined that our go-to-market brand in the US for 2020 will continue to be HotSchedules, and we will take on the tagline “Now Powered by Fourth.” This tagline is an indication of our intent to leverage the Fourth platform for all of our products going forward. In addition, our holding company name will change from Red Book Connect to Fourth Enterprises, officially as of January 1, 2020.
You may have also noticed that our website has been updated. Please make sure you white list the fourth.com domain, in addition to HotSchedules.com. While the login page for HotSchedules has not changed, if you navigate to that login page from the company website, it now resides on fourth.com
We also want to let you know that our Clarifi brand will be replaced by Fourth. While the vision of Clarifi has not gone away, and we still very much value a clean, beautiful, easy-to-use manager view, that vision will be fulfilled on Fourth.
Finally, we wanted to share part of our reason for choosing to keep both of our brand names alive. First, we recognize that both brands in their respective regions are valued and appreciated and we don’t want to lose that momentum.
Second, HotSchedules now has the opportunity to leverage the Fourth brand name to represent our much broader set of solutions. As we add restaurant-specific HR and payroll products and services, in-depth analytics solutions, and comprehensive supply chain solutions, including inventory, supplier integration, purchasing, invoicing, menu and recipe engineering, and menu, nutrition and allergen publishing, we knew we needed a more inclusive brand name to represent the breadth of our portfolio.
And third, we are excited about the association to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and doing our part to advance technology solutions for the restaurant and hospitality industries. With our single, unified platform of best-in-class technology solutions and services specifically designed for restaurants and hospitality, we are delivering disruptive solutions that improve the lives of everyone working for and in restaurants and hospitality.
