New Features 🚀
At the end of this month (3/31), we will be launching two exciting new features!
Both features were built specifically to reduce drop offs, increase applicant flow, and speed up the entire apply-to-hire process.
Two Way Texting
Our upgraded text engagement tool will take PeopleMatter’s communication capabilities to the next level by enabling employers to communicate with applicants, via text, from within the PeopleMatter platform.
Whether you or your managers needs to reschedule an interview with a candidate, or follow up with them after, they can communicate quickly and easily, without having to use their own personal device.
Snagajob Easy Apply
Customers who leverage the Snagajob marketplace for job postings can increase their candidate pool with Easy Apply job postings.
Candidates will be able to submit their profile, providing managers a preview of them, and later complete the full application if needed.
