The Restaurant Leadership Conference (RLC) is an invitation-only event that brings together the most progressive and influential individuals in the restaurant industry. James has worked in the hospitality industry his entire career, including seven years in hotel management for Scandic and the InterContinental Hotels Group, followed by an additional seven years at Oracle/Micros before joining Fourth in 2002. Based in Fourth’s New York City office, he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships in the U.S. In his spare time, he runs, cycles, skis, swims and is a keen traveler.
Johnny Wilkinson, head of workforce management technology at Fourth
Johnny is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for mathematics and data. He’s developed multiple software solutions for the hospitality sector over the past 15 years, including Fourth’s labor productivity tool. In 2013, he joined Fourth as head of workforce management technology, leading the data science department. He believes that all businesses are becoming more and more reliant on large volumes of data, and that data science and machine learning are key to optimizing processes and decision-making.
