We are thrilled to announce that HotSchedules and Fourth have merged business operations.

This is an exciting and historic day for both organizations and we thank our teams tremendously for their hard work and relentless commitment to customer success.

The events that unfolded to make today possible are truly remarkable. Over the last 20 years, both Fourth and HotSchedules have remained mission-focused on helping restaurant and hospitality operators around the world deliver superior guest experiences. On different continents, we’ve simultaneously developed similar cultures and solutions that complement each other. Together this makes us the world’s largest and only provider of end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management solutions for customers of all sizes.

Why did we merge? To usher in the next generation of restaurant and hospitality solutions that will enable operators to drive profitability and growth. We believe that HotSchedules and Fourth are better together and that our combined products, service offerings, resources, and market share will enable the new entity to serve the industry even better with more innovation and dedication to the success of customers.

How large is the combined business? The combined company employs over 1,200 people globally. Together, it serves over 30,000 customers covering 200,000+ locations.

Where will the head office be located? Austin, Texas will become the global headquarters and is where the largest number of employees currently reside. Atlanta and Tampa will remain critical support offices in the U.S. London will be the UK/EMEA regional headquarters.

What does the executive team look like? Ben Hood, co-founder and CEO of Fourth, has been named CEO of the newly merged company. Senior leadership from Fourth and HotSchedules will come together to round out the executive team of the new entity.

What’s next? The merger of Fourth and HotSchedules presents a huge opportunity for growth and innovation. As our global footprint expands, we will continue to develop new solutions and provide new services that will solve the restaurant and hospitality industry’s biggest pain points, enabling customers to thrive in an increasingly competitive and ever-changing environment.
